KinderCare Learning Center in Bellevue offers high-quality daycare, child care, and early childhood education in a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and grow.     <p><!--block-->My career with KinderCare began in 1999 after moving from Canada with my 18 month old son and husband. I started as a toddler teacher and after six months I was promoted to a program specialist. After a year in a half I moved up to being a director and worked on receiving my degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been at Factoria KinderCare since July of 2008. I like to be active in the center and know what is going on at the times. I love seeing the children participating in the learning experiences being offered to them everyday and the special relationships I have with them. Seeing the children smile throughout the day and their parents being proud of their accomplishments at school is why I feel I have the best job ever!</p>

  • Lauren Micklos

    Ms. Lauren was born in Pennsylvania and has been lucky to also call New York, Illinois, Indiana, and Washington home. After graduating high school in Upstate New York she began college at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and transferred to Indiana University where she graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors in General Studies with a focus in Social and Behavioral Sciences. While finishing college she started working at KinderCare in Indianapolis, Indiana and realized that her job wasn't just a job and that working with children was what she wanted to do with her life. She decided she wanted to move to the West Coast after she fell in love with Seattle and transferred centers to Factoria KinderCare, September 2012, where she was a floater, Pre-Kindergarten teacher, Preschool Teacher, Infant Teacher, Program Specialist, and was eventually promoted to Assistant Director.

  • Ruth

    Ms. Ruth is originally from Eritrea. After moving to Norway in 1994 she decided to move to the United States in 2006 to teach Norweign in Minnesota. In 2009 she joined KinderCare and in 2014 she transferred to our center here in Factoria. Watching children learn and grow is a passion of her's shes seen develop over the years. One of Ms. Ruth's favorite things to do with her class is to have them learn through art.

    Ms. My is our Infant I teacher and she has had 17 years of experience working with children. During three of those years she worked at Factoria KinderCare previously between 1998 and 2001. She is extremely attentive to the children and loves giving them extra love and care. If she isn't feeding a child, or changing them, she is doing activities with the infants to enhance their motor skills and development.

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Tabi has always loved her profession of teaching because she loves to work with kids. After she got married she continued her studies and also joined a High School as a teacher in Pakistan and got her bachelor's in education and master's degree while working. She worked there almost ten years and then she moved to the the United States and got a teaching job here at KinderCare.</p>
