Gitta Cardinal
Gitta became the Center Director of Lakemont Academy in Feburary 2013. She has been with the company since 1990, working as a Teacher, an Assistant Director and a School Director. Gitta was born in Germany, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Family Studies. She has been working for over 25 years in a variety of settings, which include global counselor/teacher. She is inspired by making a difference in each child, parent and teacher's life.

Megan Gardner
Megan has been working for Lakemont Academy for nearly two years. She has worked with children in general for over nine years. Megan was born and raised in the Seattle and Bellevue Area. She graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. During her free time she enjoys reading, baking and cooking, playing board games and spending time with friends. A fun fact about Megan is that she owns more than 500 books.
