  Dr. Harold Brandford

  Anesthesiologist

  Dr. Harold Brandford was born and grew up in Barbados, West Indies. In 1968, he moved to New York City, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree at Pace University and an M.D. from Cornell University Medical College. He completed his training in anesthesiology at the University of California, San Diego and fellowship training in pediatric anesthesia and critical care at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington. Following this, he served as an attending anesthesiologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma. He has been a practicing anesthesiologist in the Seattle area since 1980 and has considerable experience in all areas of anesthesia. For over the past twenty years, his primary focus has been in providing anesthesia for outpatient surgery for both children and adults. He is known for his calm, reassuring demeanor and efficiency as well as his engaging sense of humor and masterful technique, providing an easy, comfortable recovery.

  Lori

  Practice Manager/Patient Care Coordinator

  Lori is our outstanding practice manager and patient care coordinator. She brings with her over 25 years of medical and cosmetic surgery experience. Lori’s education in the field of Fine Arts allows her particular insight into the aesthetic art of plastic surgery. A native of Seattle, she will attest that the men and women in the Pacific Northwest have a natural glow and are considered one of the top ten most beautiful people in the country. Lori works closely with Dr. Stephens in providing an abundance of information and knowledge of our procedures, pricing options, general questions and surgical availability. Her sincere and warm personality puts everyone at ease. She will help make your experience and decision making process comfortable, enjoyable and educational.

  Maria

  Certified Surgical Technologist/Clinical Assistant

  Maria worked in two local hospitals before she joined Dr Stephens practice in 1999. She emigrate from Poland in 1992 with her two daughter Marta and Natalie, that’s why she have tick polish accent! But that doesn’t stop her from talking. Now she has four grandkids that she loves very much.

  Rosemary

  Registered Nurse Injector

  Rosemary has been a Registered Nurse working in the fields of Surgical and Emergency nursing since 2005. After almost a decade, Rosemary began training in the field of aesthetic nursing and later joined Dr. Stephens’ office at Center for Plastic Surgery in 2015. Working directly under the expertise of Dr. Stephens, Rosemary continued to advance her skill and injection practice. Rosemary divides her time at the office between managing surgical care at our ambulatory surgery center and treating patients with Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Rosemary is passionate about the importance of integrating facial assessment with each client’s personal goals and lifestyle to provide an individualized treatment of facial rejuvenation and maintenance.

  Alicia

  Master Licensed Aesthetician

  As a licensed medical aesthetician and skincare expert, Alicia Alvarado brings over a decade of experience to the Center for Plastic Surgery. Alica specializes in a full suite of medical skin care services including laser skin treatments, rejuvenating medical facials, medical-grade peels as well as complete body waxing, tinting and permanent cosmetics. Alicia provides a hands-on, results oriented approach in a warm, caring and comfortable environment. She incorporates her expertise and passion for skincare to give you a custom treatment to help you achieve your aesthetic skincare goals. Alicia has a lifelong interest in the beauty of good skin since she became an aesthetician in 1998.

  Shardaa

  Certified Surgical Technologist/Clinical Assistant

  Since joining our staff in 2016, Shardaa has proven to be a valuable asset to the team through her love, care and attentive nature in all her work around the office and with patients. She brings a quiet, youthful energy and charm to everyone around her. Shardaa works closely assisting Dr. Stephens and the front office. She provides for our patients post-op needs by helping them with their post-surgical care and answering any questions they may have. Her experience, patience, integrity and warm personality reassures patients as they are recovering from surgery. With a strong passion to help others, Shardaa honed on her ability to work under pressure through a volunteer surgical mission trip to Guatemala in March 2015, where she assisted with 92 surgical procedures in four days. Originally from Hong Kong, Shardaa is proficient in three different dialects of Chinese. She is certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting, and is currently pursuing her goal in becoming a Physician Assistant.
